For Notion Templates, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and let us know the reason for your request. Please note that if the issue is due to the limitations of the Notion platform, we may not be able to issue a refund. We ask that you send a request for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will review your request and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and issue a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription within 5 business days of our receipt of your request.
